Qualifications
Minimum EducationHigh School graduate or equivalent.Required LicensesOther
Must hold current CS / SPD Certification with either the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or The International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management. A current certificate must be maintained as a condition of continued employment. Minimum Work ExperienceTwo years of experience in hospital sterile processing operations is preferred. Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Language Skills : Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
