Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Contract assists in the development of departmental goals that align with the organization's strategic plan. Involves managing staff relations, including performance management and conflict resolution. It also includes overseeing scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement. Monitoring departmental budgets, compliance, contracts, and vendor relations is another key aspect. Justifying the needs for equipment and supplies, as well as ensuring their proper usage and maintenance. Additionally, fostering professional growth while maintaining focus on the department's role in care continuity.
Manages the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
