What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA-Certified Nurse Aide PRN-Rehab position at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital?
Provides direct and indirect patient care within scope of practice under the direction of the RN/LPN.
Required SkillsLicenses and or Certifications: Current Kentucky CNA certification with current listing on the Kentucky Board of Nursing Nurse Aide Registry.
Certifications:Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum Work Experience• Six months to one year’s C.N.A. experience preferred• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
