Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join our team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Required Licenses:
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky OR a Current Registered Nurse Licensure with a multistate compact status
Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum of two years in clinical experience in a hospital or our patient setting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications: 1. Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date. 2. Wound Care, Medical Surgical, or home health certification preferred
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Language Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
