To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A current state RN license or a current multistate compact license
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date
- Current PALS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date
- NIHSS Certification obtained withing 90 days after hire date
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- The ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
