What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Med Tech-LCMA-PRN-(Vary) position at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital?
Provides comprehensive case management for the ill and injured worker. Works closely with the patient, providers and employer to restore health to the worker while keeping lost time at a minimum.
Required Skills
Certifications:
Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
DOT-FMCSA Collector Certification within 90 days of employment.
Breath Alcohol Collector Certification within 90 days of employment.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum Work Experience
- One year experience in occupational medicine, preferred.
