Your Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Supervise, teach, and delegate tasks to other personnel to optimize nursing care delivery.
Requirements
- Certifications:
- American Heart Association BLS Certification (obtained within 90 days after hire date)
- American Heart Association ACLS Certification (obtained within 6 months after hire date)
- Pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capacity to function in stressful environments and take appropriate action
Language Skills
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing
