Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care Overflow (PCU 4)
Shift Details: Full Time Nights (12 hours), Weekends (every other)
Compensation Package: $20,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus

Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should have a current state RN license or a current RN licensure with a multistate compact state and possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date.
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
