Lake Dental Care is growing and looking to add another full-time/part-time Front Desk team member to our 3 doctor private practice that is focused on providing a superior patient experience to our phenomenal patient base. Work life balance is important to us at LDC therefore, we have no late nights and a 4 day work week (M-Th).
Our front desk staff plays a crucial role in providing personalized, family-friendly dental care in a comfortable environment from the moment they call to when they walk in the front door. The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Giving outstanding first impressions (phone, upon entry & checkout)
- Recall follow-up
- Verifying dental insurance
- Presenting treatment plans
- Collecting copay & payment for services rendered

Experience with the following a plus:
- Eaglesoft
- Dental terminology/codes
