The Director II, Student Support Services will be responsible for leading our efforts in providing exceptional support services to students and families. This includes overseeing Child Welfare and Attendance services, as well as Mental Health services, to ensure that all students receive the necessary support to thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support students and families in need
- • Collaborate with other departments and school sites to develop consistent approaches to support students and families in need of resources
- • Identify and address gaps in services to ensure that all students receive the support they need
Requirements / Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- • A Master's degree in Education or a related field
- • Experience in education leadership, preferably in Child Welfare and Attendance and Mental Health services
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
