The Lake Elsinore Unified School District is seeking a highly qualified and experienced leader to serve as the Director II of Student Support Services. Reporting directly to the Assistant Superintendent, this individual will be responsible for overseeing Child Welfare and Attendance services for the general population. The successful candidate will supervise administrators responsible for Child Welfare and Attendance services, work collaboratively with other departments and school sites to develop consistent approaches to support students and families in need of resources, and provide consistency among all schools in areas of student support, discipline, and attendance.
This leadership role requires a strong understanding of student support services, experience in supervision and team management, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions to improve student outcomes.
