Are you a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking to make a difference in patient care? Our well-established Ear, Nose, Throat and Facial Plastic Surgery practice is seeking a dedicated APRN or PA to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients.
About Us:
At Lake ENT & FPS, we are committed to enhancing our patients’ quality of life through expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care. Established in 1975, our practice has grown to include three office locations within blossoming Lake County, Florida. Our provider team currently consists of four MDs, two PAs, and two APRNs. The APPs in our practice rotate through the offices on a set schedule, each with their own medical assistant. APPs can anticipate treating a variety of conditions including hearing loss, cerumen impactions, vertigo, allergies, sinus infections/disease, hoarseness, and dysphagia. Lake ENT & FPS offers medical, audiology, aesthetic, and vestibular services all under one roof.
Position Highlights:
- Provide high-quality care for patients with ENT conditions under the supervision of experienced ENT physicians.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of over 50 employees in a supportive and professional environment.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of in-office procedures
- No weekends, no major holidays, no hospital or in-person call
- Weekly administration time, patient free, for data review and documentation
- Considerable orientation/training period, with ease into full patient schedule
Qualifications:
- Current NP or PA certification and licensure in Florida.
- Experience in ENT or related specialties is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Commitment to providing empathetic and patient-centered care.
