The Crushers established in 2009 are based in Avon, Ohio and their home stadium is Lake Erie Crushers Stadium. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000. Including 11 suites, four-person terrace tables, berm seating, picnic, and patio areas for group outings. The stadium has new artificial turf, concession stands, team shop, state of the art sound system and new video board. Avon is 18 miles west of Cleveland, Ohio, and part of the Cleveland metropolitan area.

Job Summary: Are you ready to be the unsung hero behind the scenes? As a Catering and Suites Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our VIP guests have an unforgettable experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a dynamic environment, has a passion for hospitality, and enjoys creating memorable moments for others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Setup: Assist in setting up catering and suite areas before events, ensuring everything is in place and ready for guests.
- Food and Beverage Service: Help prepare and serve food and beverages to suite guests, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Guest Interaction: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any needs or special requests.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies, including food, beverages, and utensils, to ensure smooth operations.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning up after events and ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the catering and suites team to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment.
- Problem Solving: Handle any issues or challenges that arise during events, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
