What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Attendant position at Lake Erie Crushers?
Position: Parking Attendant
Full/Part: Part-Time Seasonal
Rate: $11/hr
Reports To: Manager, Stadium Operations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the parking lots for events at Mercy Health Stadium.
- Handle on-site payments for the reserved and/or general parking areas.
- Direct efficient and effective parking flow in the reserved and/or general parking areas.
- Provide direction to guests in finding the ticketing area or entrance gates.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Expectations:
- Adhere to Lake Erie Crushers organizational policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Have a passion for working with and helping people.
- Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with adverse conditions.
- Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of times and move freely about a gravel parking lot.
- Flexible Scheduling: Availability to work the majority of home games, as well as other outside events. Working weekends (Friday through Sunday) is a MUST.
- Treat EVERY guest as if it's their first time coming to the ballpark.
- Smile, be friendly, and have a fun time.
