Summary:
- Follow the direction of the Floor Supervisor to ensure a quality product is produced safely, efficiently, and repeatedly.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.
- Good work ethic, attendance, and punctuality.
- Identifies potential area issues and notifies management.
- Follows all S.O.P.’s related to current work duties.
- Follows the directives of the Floor Supervisor.
- Works with other Floor Hands to achieve production goals.
- Recommends process changes with current work duties to improve production / maintenance / working environment.
- Strive for best production operations so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Be willing to learn other essential job functions as directed by management to fill in for times of absences.
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
- Be team oriented.
- Other job functions as assigned.
