Material Handler

Job Description:
The Material Handler will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming materials and supplies
- Verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments and ensuring that all materials are properly labeled and stored
- Preparing and packaging materials for shipment to customers
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular cycle counts
- Operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Ensuring that all materials are handled and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record inventory data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
