In Addition to the below responsibilities, the Sales & Marketing role is to promote the company’s products or services through excellent customer service. They welcome all clients, guide them through new products, answer questions and make sure they have a pleasant experience.
- Job Duties
- Understand the needs and expectations of our customers to meet them where they are
- Developing and constantly updating an extensive and in-depth understanding of industry dynamics within the area and implement plans to ensure achievement of maximum short term and long term sales potential
- Contribute to volume, share, and profit targets through utilization of all relevant resources
- Take ownership of individual performance & actively participate in a high-performance team culture to hit and exceed team targets.
- Utilize data driven insights to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives to provide tangible competitive advantages in an ever-evolving marketplace
- Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities
- Networking in key events and conferences
- Researching the competitors’ products and services on a regular basis
- Maintaining a strong relationship with clients
- Create brand awareness
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Assist in organizing promotional events
- Identifying ways to improve marketing and sales techniques
- Perform any and all tasks given by management to support the efficient operation of the department/team
- Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Associates Degree or Related Experience Required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient at computer software.
- Understanding of various marketing processes
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good analytical skills
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
