Job Title: Director of Hospitality FLSA Status: Exempt, Salaried
Location: Milwaukee Terminal Employment Status: Regular, Full-time
Reports: Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Revised Date: February 2025
Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of day-to-day guest operations and development of hospitality and guest experience strategies including coordinating all activities of the food and beverage and vendor relationships, purchasing, equipment, procedures and documentation. Conduct operation of all above areas within appropriate policies.

Minimum Requirements
Experience | Education |
Good written, verbal, mathematical and sufficient computer skills. Working in a team environment. 5 years of customer service experience in a hospitality environment. | Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience |
