We are a mid-size Homeowners Association (HOA) located in Lake Forest. We are seeking for a Community Services Representative.
- AM shift available - Saturday and Sunday, hours will be: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm

* Using a friendly and professional demeanor, responsible for the enforcement of rules relating to members and authorized guests who use the clubhouse & outdoor facilities
* Monitor community and respond to reports of illegal parking per established procedures
* Monitor lakes for unauthorized fishing or boat launches
SUMMARY:
To represent Elite Property Services, the Association and Board of Directors as a Community Relations Representative (CSR). Responsible for the enforcement of Association CC&R’s and Rules and Regulations. Reports to the Property Services Manager with significant contact with residents, guests, outside groups and associations, and employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the enforcement of rules relating to members and authorized guests who use the clubhouse, outdoor facilities, or attend clubhouse-sponsored events.
• Conducts community observance patrols making note of CC&R violations per established procedures.
• Monitors lake for unauthorized fishing or boat launches.
• Monitors community or responds to reports of illegal parking per established procedures.
• Contacts and/or responds to homeowners regarding CC&R violations per established procedures.
• Responsible for securing the clubhouse facility at closing by locking all gates, windows, doors and activation of the security and fire alarm systems.
• Maintains daily shift log report per established procedures.
• Performs routine clerical work including but not limited to filing, scanning and shredding as needed.
• Performs as back-up to front desk covering breaks and lunches.

NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with other jobs and other duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum Education: High School or GED. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have 6 months working with the public in a service-related environment.
• Ability to effectively manage conflict using tact, courtesy and professionalism.
• Ability to collect, analyze and evaluate facts or data.
• Uses job knowledge, good judgment and problem-solving skills to address homeowner questions and concerns.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license and clean DMV report.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Database
• Must be at least 18 years old.
