Cutting edge audiology practice seeks full-time audiologist interested in using their Au.D. to the fullest through research, diagnostics, treatment, and preservation. Lake Forest Hearing Professionals is a private practice that goes above and beyond—we are not simply a hearing aid clinic; rather, we create full hearing-focused treatment plans for our patients, including a focus on holistic health and proactive hearing preservation. Benefits:

* Salary: $80,000 base with generous bonus and monthly commission structure; earning potential is unlimited

* Owned and operated by an ambitious Audiologist working to impact her community & amp; profession with comprehensive hearing health treatment.

* We set the bar for hearing health care. Our audiologists lead with care and science for every ear at every age; this means we often work collaboratively with other care providers to ensure comprehensive, holistic hearing health care. Evidence-based practice is at the center of every decision we make and treatment we choose.

*We provide care both in the office and in the community. Our patients include musicians, public servants, and even race car drivers. In fact, you’re welcome to join us on one of our weekends at the racetrack where we ensure hearing preservation is at the forefront for drivers and spectators alike.

Requirements:

*Motivated audiologist ready to make an impact in the field of audiology

* Interest in understanding entrepreneurship and learning how a private practice operates; interest in management or partnership preferred.

* Outgoing, charismatic provider who enjoys working as part of a team

* Clinical Skills:

* Diagnostics, including audiometry, immittance, DPOAEs, speech-in-noise testing, and loudness discomfort levels

* Selection and fitting of hearing aids, including programming, verification, and counseling

* Ability to make aural rehabilitation plan

* Cerumen removal

* Earmold impressions, past second bend. (highly desirable skill, as practice works with Sensaphonics making in-ear monitors and other hearing preservation devices)

Preferred, but open to training the right candidate:

* Understanding of Lyric and Lyric fittings

* Hearing Aid electroacoustic analysis

* Tinnitus Diagnostics, management, counseling, and tinnometer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
