Dual Diagnosis Adult Care Expert Wanted:
Lake Forest Recruiting Firm is seeking an experienced Dual Diagnosis Adult Care Expert to join our team. This role involves working with patients in both outpatient and intensive outpatient programs settings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in outpatient and IOP settings
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to patients with complex mental health needs
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Data Waiver (Suboxone) certification or willingness to obtain it
- Strong knowledge of dual diagnosis adult care and ability to work with patients with complex mental health needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
