Job Title: Experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APN)
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Aberdeen, NJ. This role will involve working with patients in both outpatient and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dual diagnosis adult care and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment that combines in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in outpatient and IOP settings
- To conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to patients with complex mental health needs
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Data Waiver (Suboxone) certification or willingness to obtain it
- Strong knowledge of dual diagnosis adult care and ability to work with patients with complex mental health needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
