- Provides individual and group counseling to students with disabilities enrolled in ESY
- Engages in support and intervention planning
- Assists with progress monitoring focused on student social emotional growth
- Provides consultation and training for faculty and administrators (general and special education)
- Assists with implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data
- Completes IEP goal updates for students with goals in ESY
- Responds to student crises as needed
- Interacts with students in a manner that encourages respectful relationships among students and teachers
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations with staff
