Job Summary: Assists Food Servers in the performance of their duties.
Responsibilities:
(1) Prepares the Clubhouse daily for lunch service or special events.
(2) Assists in setting up coffee bar on Friday and Saturday nights.
(3) Follows the opening and closing duties for daily and weekly tasks and side work.
(4) Assists in setting up buffet table which includes tablecloths, skirts, equipment, dinnerware, flatware and food.
(5) Prepares tables for dinner service, which includes tableware, butter, bread & water.
(6) Removes dirty dinnerware, flatware and glassware from dining tables. Resets tables.
(7) Obtains linen and extra food service supplies when needed.
(8) Interacts in a positive and cooperative manner with members, Board of Directors, visitors, co-workers, and Managers.
(9) Portrays a positive image for the Club by dressing appropriately for the position.
(10) Maintains a safe work environment for self and others.
(11) Maintains appropriate levels in the areas of daily attendance, initiative and productivity.
(12) Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of an eighth grade education.
Experience: On-the-job training is provided.
Requirements:
Physical Demands: Light to moderate lifting. Some bending, stooping, walking, pushing, pulling, crouching and reaching. Ability to hear, talk and to communicate effectively.
Mental Demands: Attention to detail required. Ability to interact effectively, without being intrusive with members and visitors.
Environmental Exposed to cleaning agents.
Demands: Indoor environment.
