Hardscaper

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and landscaping, with expertise in various hardscaping techniques. This role involves creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces through the installation of stone, concrete, and other hard materials. The Hardscaper will work closely with clients to bring their visions to life while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.
• Perform tile laying and masonry work, ensuring precision and durability.
• Apply caulking and stucco as needed for finishing touches on projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute project plans accurately.
• Fabricate materials on-site as required for specific projects.
• Conduct framing carpentry tasks to support hardscape installations.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site activities, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure all installations meet local building codes and regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in hardscaping or related construction fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with tile laying, masonry techniques, caulking, and stucco application is advantageous.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
• Experience with framing carpentry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
