Office Associate:
We are currently seeking candidates for a Seasonal Office Associate. Candidates must be able to work weekdays and weekends.The Office Associate will be responsible for assisting customers as they check in and check out. Reception duties, and using our reservation system for contact and billing information.
Duties will include:
- Provide high-level Customer Service to all guests and visitors at all times whether in person or on the phone. ·
- Check customers in/out and ensuring all paperwork and payments are handled properly. Communicate all policies and property information applicable. Direct new arrivals to sites. ·
- Book campground reservations and answer general inquiry questions for on-site customers as well as inbound phone calls. ·
- Greet and assist retail store customers, process sales through POS system. ·
- Ensure daily reports and cash-handling procedures are followed at all times. General housekeeping duties to maintain organization and cleanliness of both retail and office area on a daily basis.·
- Assist the Manager with additional projects and assignments as requested.·
- Communicate necessary information to staff members both on site and off.
Season is Spring till early Fall -TBD.
Up to 40 hours a week, to be reviewed on the interview.
