Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team and work with a friendly group of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and lawn care practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, and weeding of lawns, gardens and flower beds.
• Perform light plumbing maintenance and site repairs.
• Perform daily general cleaning of restrooms and facilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and lawn care best practices.
• Be able to perform light electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks.
• Able to use/carry a backpack leaf blower.
• Power wash, paint and stain.
• Maintain pools, beach, playground and other public areas.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
