Details:
- Practice Name: Lakeside Physicians
- Candidate can work four 10’s or standard 5 day work week
- Provider will share weekend coverage
- Employed opportunity
- Great work/life balance
- Office space will be available for incoming candidate

- Outpatient only, no inpatient
