Salary : $16.50-$19 dollars per hour

Entry level facilities workers are the front-line for the overall operation of the physical grounds and buildings of Lake Gregory.
Essential Functions
- Repair and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and property
- Landscaping and groundskeeping
- Safe operation of tractors and trucks
- Safe operation of various minor equipment and tools
Additional Functions
Assisting other departments when facilities-related needs arise : moving furniture, ladder work, heavier lifting, etc.Assisting with weather-related issues : snow removal, water damage, roofing issues, etc.Other duties as assigned by supervisorMajor Competency Areas
