General Definition of Work
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including directing, managing, and supervising staff in daily operations, overseeing the department budget, enforcing company policies and practices, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources. Continuous supervision is exercised over assigned personnel.
Lake Havasu City seeks an experienced leader in human resources with the skills and understanding necessary to lead a fully functional staff in the areas of
recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development, personnel laws, and regulations.
They must work strategically, in partnership with diverse organization-wide stakeholders to build consensus and identify innovative ways to improve
the organization's overall health. The ideal candidate is creative, assertive, customer service oriented, and a clear and concise communicator.
Salary : $3,714 - $5,422
