Patient Care Coordinator
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Coordinate with team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with billing and payment collection
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of optometric terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
