Position Details:
Full Time, Salaried, Exempt. Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm, with after-hours/weekend shared call.
Position Summary:
The Diagnostic Imaging Director is responsible for the management, supervision and functions of the diagnostic imaging department including, but not limited to, ultrasound, mammography, computed tomography, radiography, bone densitometry, and MRI. Director is responsible to maintain a standard of quality and safety, compliance with state/federal regulations, and certification requirements imposed by national/professional societies such as the American College of Radiology (ACR). Maintains a positive relationship with medical staff and senior leadership to ensure department objectives are met. Responsible for each fiscal year's budget planning and considerations for future expansions relative to new diagnostic equipment/procedures. Responsible for operating the department within annual budget parameters.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in health care administration and/or MBA.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Active certification by the ARRT. Active Oregon state license or ability to acquire. CPR certification required. ARRT CT certification required
Experience:
Five years of diagnostic imaging experience. Prefer a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Job Knowledge & Skills:
Cognizant of laws and regulations relative to diagnostic imaging operations. Knowledge of diagnostic imaging exams and procedures across all imaging modalities. Ability to supervise departmental personnel and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with co-workers and administration. Ability to work with the sick and injured.

Salary : $104,000 - $136,000
