Highlander Aquatics Swim Team Supervisor - FY2025-2026

Job Summary

Lake Highland Preparatory School and Highlander Aquatics seek a Seasonal Swim Team Supervisor to provide assistance to the Coordinator of Aquatic Programs relating to the overall operation of the Seasonal Swim Program. This role is responsible for the administrative functions of all aquatic programs while overseeing the daily workflow of the department. Responsibilities include daily supervision of Seasonal Swim Team employees and program; facilitating registration of each season of swim lessons; and handling team deposits and rentals, to name a few.

This is a full-time, fully benefitted, 12-month position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.

Education/Experience

• 3 or more years’ related professional experience required
• Prior professional experience working in an Aquatics club setting preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• First Aid, CPR, Coaches Safety Training, and USA Swimming certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of HY-TEK swimming software preferred
