Substitute Teachers - All Divisions

Lake Highland seeks substitutes to join our Substitute Teacher pool for the 2024-2025 school year. The Substitute Teacher provides instruction to students by following lesson plans and materials provided by the regular teacher and in compliance with the school’s policies. Other functions include effective classroom management, taking attendance, and monitoring and evaluating student performance, as appropriate.

In addition to short-term substitute needs, we occasionally have long-term substitute assignments available.

Candidates must possess, at minimum, a four-year degree from an accredited college, university, or international equivalent and should be comfortable working with school-aged children. This position is an adjunct, non-benefitted position, limited in hours. We encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
