What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock & Lift Customer Service Manager position at Lake Holiday Marina?
Seeking customer service candidates for our Dock & Lift Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to all facets of our dock and lift sales, installations, scheduling, staffing, invoicing, marketing, product ordering, staff hiring and training. This position requires computer, mechanical and communication skills combined with strong organizational qualities and the ability to problem solve. This departement generates in excess of $1,000,000 in annual revenue to compliment our boat sales & service departments.Marina is situated on a private lake in north central Illinois. Marina closes for appx 45 days in late November returning in early January for boat show season with on the water work starting in early March depending on weather. We prefer some existing knowledge of dock & lift sales and also boat handling knowledge. We run crews off of 2 workboats to perform all new installs and annual work orders for fall removal and spring install. Must be able to coordinate between boat sales & service department on a daily basis. Compensation is a combination of salary, commissions and annual bonus.
Salary : $50,000 - $90,000
