We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Receptionist which involves greeting visitors, answering phones, managing the front desk, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the leasing process, including preparing paperwork and processing applications.
Duties
- Greet prospective tenants and provide information about available properties.
- Conduct property tours and showcase features to potential renters.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain organized files and records of tenant applications and leases.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including answering inquiries and managing appointments.
- Coordinate calendar management for property showings and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking applications, leases, and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure compliance with leasing policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a front desk clerk is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with leasing processes or real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
