We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, develop, and supervise front-of-house staff to uphold service standards.
- Oversee customer service interactions, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate service flow and menu offerings.
- Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and training needs.
- Monitor inventory levels for dining supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Assist in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the establishment's values.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management, fine dining, or quick service fast food restaurant environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and restaurant management principles.
- Experience in training development and shift management is desirable.
- Culinary knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
