Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boating and an eye for detail, ensuring that our fleet of boats remains in pristine condition.
As a Boat Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning, waxing, polishing, and maintaining the interior and exterior of boats.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of boats, including washing, vacuuming, and waxing both interiors and exteriors. - Apply appropriate cleaning and detailing products to ensure high-quality results. - Inspect boats for damage or wear and report any necessary repairs to management. - Use specialized equipment and tools for polishing, buffing, and detailing. - Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored after use. - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. - Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their boat detailing needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in boat detailing or a related field is preferred, but not required. - Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques specifically for boats. - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. - Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
