Full-Time Summer Position - Marina Dock Crew Team
- Start dates in March & April of 2025, work through Labor Day weekend, holidays and weekends included in all shifts

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for the summer season. As a member of our Marina Dock Crew Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience while using our rental boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with boat rentals, providing information on safety, operating procedures, and local regulations.
- Conduct pre-rental inspections of boats and equipment to ensure they are safe and in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized rental area, including boats, equipment, and surrounding grounds.
- Assist with launching and docking of boats, as well as returning them after use. - Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- More tasks as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or boating is a plus, but not required.
- A passion for water activities and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license; boating certification preferred but not required.
