Lake Keowee Marina, located in Seneca, SC, is the largest family-owned and operated full-service marina on beautiful Lake Keowee.

With our region thriving, growing region, we are looking for a hands-on, experienced Service Manager to join our strong team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations of the service, parts & detail departments, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Manage and mentor service technicians, parts & detail staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
- Working as not just a leader, but also as a member of the team is also required.
- Developing actions plans for future success, hiring, promoting and the ability to create schedules.
- Develop and implement service processes and protocols to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory, and customer communications. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service offerings and warranty programs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in marine service management or a similar role within the boating industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
