Description :
This role focuses on managing the tour and admissions process for prospective families at LMCA. Responsibilities include leading campus tours, maintaining student application records, coordinating communication with families, and overseeing scheduling systems. The position also involves organizing marketing materials, distributing new family gifts, and supporting enrollment efforts through community outreach.

Attends and actively participates in a local, evangelical church.
Essential Job Functions :
Leads tours for Elementary (South Campus).
Prints new student applications, creates student files, and passes them to the Admissions Director.
Prepares tour folders for both elementary and secondary.
Calls / Texts families to confirm or follow up on tours.
Writes and sends thank-you postcards.
Sends church postcards if requested on applications.
Manages swag inventory and distributes gifts to new families.
Enters new families into RenWeb Inquiry and follow up as needed (K-6).
Cleans up inquiry records monthly.
Oversees Bookafy for scheduling tours and meetings.
Sets up LM Connect meetings, tracks attendance, and distributes new family gifts.
Tracks elementary placement screenings and coordinates with the elementary team.
Visits schools and community locations to distribute LMCA materials.

Qualifications and Requirements :
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Outgoing and personable, with the ability to connect with families.
Professional demeanor and ability to represent LMCA positively.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) for handling diverse interactions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
