About this position :
LMCU is looking for a Home Equity Setup and Disclosure Specialist is responsible for setting up new mortgage applications by reviewing applications for completeness, ordering appraisals, title work, and other various items required to process the application. Additional duties include sending the initial disclosures and initial closing disclosures, when applicable, to the borrower within the required timeframes.
What you’ll do :
Support the efficient processing of loan applications to ensure a seamless experience that meets member expectations.
Promptly coordinate and manage the ordering of appraisals, title work, disclosures, and other necessary documentation.
Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and external partners while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to Home Equities.
What You’ll Bring :
Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in loan processing, mortgage lending, or a related financial services role.
Experience working with loan origination systems and processing mortgage or home equity applications.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to home equity lending.
