About This Position:
- LMCU is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Support Analyst who will provide administrative support to the Mortgage Division while assisting members in a courteous, professional, and confidential manner.
What You'll Do:
- Assists mortgage officers with ordering flood certification and requesting tax transcripts and reviews for accuracy.
- Performs general clerical and administrative support for the Mortgage Division.
- Manages the shipping calendar for all closed loans to maximize loan delivery times.
- Establishes and reviews mortgage loan files; verifies that all required documents have been included.
- Distributes original loan files to investors.
- Maintains internal loan files.
What You’ll Bring:
- Three or more years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Prior experience working in the mortgage industry preferred.
