About this position :
LMCU is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant who will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase effectiveness throughout the organization including, but not limited to : change management, process improvement, succession planning, etc. As an OE team member, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of the OE practice itself along with providing support to LMCU’s own organizational effectiveness, including internal facilitation and project management.
What you’ll do :
Partner with all levels of the organization, emphasizing consultations with the Senior Executive level, to identify needs and gaps, and advise / consult on possible next steps.
Collaborate with OE and LMCU team members on change management projects to : prepare the change approach, manage the change, and sustain change outcomes.
Collaborate with OE and LMCU team members on process improvement projects to : identify opportunities, document / analyze existing and future processes, and implement / monitor updated processes for results.
Collaborate with LMCU staff at all levels in strategic and organizational effectiveness activities.
Improve, revise, and design products and tools for LMCU’s OE practice. Review data from OE assessments and other reports to measure effectiveness of OE initiatives and suggest changes to improve results.
Design and deliver Organizational Effectiveness facilitated peer-to-peer learning efforts. Utilize multi-media strategies to elevate the work (improvement projects and change management efforts) of the OE team (infographics, summary reports, blogs, toolkit development, etc.).
Facilitate occasional LMCU leadership development courses and workshops.
Meet quarterly with business unit leaders to build trust and relationships through active listening and strategic questions. Communicate effectiveness tactics to address their needs, ideally resulting in the use of our consulting services.
Serve on assigned LMCU committees and / or external boards as requested.
What You’ll Bring : You’ll like this position if you have...
Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Experience leading change management and / or process improvement projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field of study.
Change Management Certification preferred (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
