We are currently searching for a Dietary Aide to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. This role involves working every other weekend, every other holiday, with the option to pick up weekday shifts or evening shifts.
Job Summary
As a Dietary Aide, you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day. Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance with their dietary needs, recording temperatures, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dietary department.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with meal preparation, ensuring food safety, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dietary department. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through our training programs and internal growth opportunities.
Requirements
To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have as a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but not necessary if you are an individual who gets satisfaction from knowing they made a difference.
