Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lake Mills Health Services.
Job Summary:
The CNA will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with resident/patient care activities under the supervision of the assigned Nurse Supervisor
- Provide a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents/patients
- Follow all Center policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
Requirements:
- Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
- Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other center staff
- Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents/patients and the elderly
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Meets all health requirements, as required by law
