What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant position at Lake Murray Floating Cabins?
We pride ourselves on the comfort and cleanliness of our facility, and strive to give guests the highest quality experience. We are looking for professional housekeepers and laundry attendants who enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, team working environment and will tend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Responsibilities will be to perform all variety of cleaning activities such as making beds, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, sweeping, mopping, dusting etc. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Requirements and skills are ability to work with others and maintain a high level of performance. This is a very physical job and requires lifting, bending, walking and standing. Although our facilities are air conditioned, there is a lot of walking back and forth between cabins and you must be able to tolerate outside heat.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
