Responsibilities
- Provide general assistance with F&B management and administrative needs.
- Assist with redesigning F&B menus and signs using InDesign and Canva.
- Keep up with e-mail and phone guest communication in a timely manner.
- Provide OpenTable restaurant account maintenance and support.
- Book private dining events, and coordinate the events with Restaurant managers and Culinary Team.
- Create REOs and process CC Authorizations through Sertify.
- Communicate efficiently with Restaurant and Culinary Leadership to send out a weekly forecast.
- Assist with pop-up amenities.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards. Inform hotel/resort associates of F&B events and updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on guest problems and complaints.
- Reply to guest reviews on OpenTable and Revinate.
Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with cash handling preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
- Experience with the following software applications: OpenTable, Canva, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
