Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive, biblically integrated lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to various skill levels.
- Teach a variety of artistic techniques and mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art.
- Adapt teaching methods to support students with different learning needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Foster a Christ-honoring atmosphere that encourages creativity, collaboration, and respect among students.
- Assess student progress through meaningful evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support artistic and personal growth.
- Organize student art exhibits or showcases that celebrate student achievements and highlight their creative talents.

Requirements
- A committed follower of Christ who models biblical values in and out of the classroom.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related field (preferred).

- Understanding of childhood development principles and best practices for teaching diverse learners effectively.
- Strong written communication skills for lesson documentation and instructional materials.
