What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Coordinator - Women Services position at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center?
Designs and conducts educational programs for nursing staff. Coordinates orientation programs for new staff members, develops programs to keep existing staff up-to-date, and acts as general resource for nursing personnel. Leads and directs the work of others.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 2-5 years of perinatal nursing required
- Experience in education/nursing management role preferred
- Current North Carolina Nursing License or Compact Licensure Agreement required
- Current BLS
- Current NRP
- Current Advanced Fetal Monitoring
